Ultra organisation, ultra food & ultra fun!

Have to agree with all the comments - great race, faultless organisation, good atmosphere and you even organised beautiful weather! Who'd have thought it could be so warm in Aberdeen in March? Love the unique medal, too.
An ultra I'd definitely recommend.

Really enjoyable and friendly race, thanks. Also my first trophy on an off island race - it's great being old! Couldn't believe there was so much food on offer, regretted bringing some supplies! First ultra done!

Thanks to George & team for a fantastic event. Was planning on only ever doing 1 ultra but, after that, I've changed my mind. Marshalls were brilliant, other runners smiley & encouraging, medal great, beer at the end great. We also commented on the total lack of litter - well done to all for that.

Another great event - brilliantly organised, friendly, fun. Thanks to Dod and all the crew.

A massive thank you to George and the team, every aspect of the event was well thought out and made the whole day incredibly special.

I've run in a few organised races now and I've always been annoyed at the way people discard gel wrappers and drinks etc in the countryside. Yesterday, I did not see one bit of rubbish left behind on this race en route! What a respectful, polite, caring and big hearted bunch of runners. Everyone helped make this event a truly wonderful and unique experience . Massive respect to everyone involved from my fellow co-runners, cheery marshalls and of course you guys. Thanks xx

My first ever ultra and suffered like a pig but i so want to do this again. The weather was great, the route was superb with the mix of paths/tracks and excellent views, the mashals were really encouraging.

In all for a first time experience in ultra i couldnt of found a better race.

My first time past marathon distance couldn't have been sweeter! The weather was perfect and with it being down hill with a trailing wind all the way home ... Fantastic! Thanks to all the Marshals too ... I hope they enjoyed it as much as the runners did! I'm not walking too good just now! But this will pass! The memory will remain! Thanks again! M xxx
